AI adoption usually doesn't fail because people lack training or access to tools. It fails because employees don't know how to apply AI to the real work they do under real pressure.
Most teams understand that AI can help with obvious tasks, like drafting emails or summarizing documents. The harder problem is knowing where AI fits into complex, multi-step, judgment-based work where there is no clear starting point.
When people are under deadline pressure, they default to the way they already know. Even if they believe AI could help, the social risk and effort of figuring out where to start is enough to stop exploration before it begins.
Gravity's AI Adoption Program is built around reality, not generic AI training, but a behavior-focused adoption program: reduce the effort of using AI, use hands-on active learning on real work, and lead participants through building specific action plans to turn intentions into behavior.
Participants are grouped by role, function, or team so they can focus on real workflow-level use cases. In guided working sessions, they bring current projects, recurring tasks, and complex work challenges. Experienced facilitators help them identify the highest-impact opportunities, explore effective prompts, and uncover uses they would never discover in standard AI training.
The goal is for employees to leave already using AI in smarter ways on their own work, and with a repeatable way to keep finding high-value AI opportunities back on the job.
The Gravity Difference
Gravity deeply measures the impact of every program, and this is no different. Leaders will see where AI is being newly applied, how much time is being saved, how work quality is improving, and where teams may need additional support.
We work with teams of all sizes. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll make it happen.
